HMUN (Harvard Model United Nations) at De Paul

HMUN is an international relations simulation for high school students held annually. Delegates gain insight into the working of the United Nations and the dynamics of international relations by assuming the roles of world leaders and international decision makers. It provides them with an ample and stimulating opportunity for young leaders to debate the most insistent issues of the day and to draft innovative, creative solutions. Participants further develop several skills including public speaking, negotiation, teamwork, leadership, and policy crafting. HMUN strives to foster a constructive forum for open dialogue on a range of complex issues. De Paul is proudly associated with HMUN and has assigned delegates to HMUN Dubai and HMUN Hyderabad.
